Bradt Family Fonds

The Bradt family were United Empire Loyalists from the Mohawk River Valley of New York State who settled in the Niagara peninsula.  The correspondence to this family includes two letters that describe life on the Indian / First Nation Reserve at Yellow Medicine, Minnesota, where the writer, Solomon Brown, lived.   The letters note the difficult relations between the Indigenous People and the white community.
