Guy St-Denis Papers

Guy St-Denis is an independent scholar from London, Ontario.  During the course of genealogical research during the late 1980s, he began to assemble material relating to Tecumseh's burial.  In 1999, after completing a master's degree in history, he was able to devote himself more fully to the project involving Tecumseh.  Initially, the scope of this research was limited to the various attempts to raise a monument to the great chief.  As St-Denis progressed with his work, however, Tecumseh's bones and the mystery surrounding them became the focus of the study.  In 2005, he published a book on the subject entitled Tecumseh's Bones.  Some of the papers compiled during  this project are available in the Brock University Archives.
