Description
A photograph during the opening of the Louth township's Confederation Chambers. The building expanded the number of offices and added the Confederation Chambers. There is a small crowd gathered beside the front entrance and a small stage with a few guests seated and Councilor Cecil Bovaird speaking at the podium. There are flags hanging and a sign on the front garden that reads "Canada 1867-1967".
