Description
A photograph of the Fonthill council including (standing left to right): Gordon White, Eric Bergenstein, Keith Crick, Ken Gullett, Don Alsop, Len Hunt. Sitting is Harold Black, the final reeve of Fonthill. The group presented Black with a gavel made from a tree that was cut down during the building of the municipal hall. Fonthill joins the new town of Pelham on 1 January 1970.
