H. Jarvis & Co.

Welland Woodruff bought awnings for DeVeaux Hall. The house had been built in 1877 by Welland's father, Samuel DeVeaux Woodruff. Welland took over the house after the death of his father in 1904. When Welland died in 1920, his second wife remained in the house until 1940. The house has since been torn down, and its bricks were used to build some of the houses on Queen Mary Drive.
