The first page documents the marriage of Lewis Tyrrell and Jane Gains in 1849 in Culpepper County, Virginia.   This information was likely noted in the Bible well after the marriage took place and likely while the Tyrrell family was living in St. Catharines, Ontario.  

The "Deaths" page from the Tyrrell family bible records the deaths of Lewis Tyrrell, his wife Jane Gains and their son William C. Tyrrell.  

The Tyrrell family bible pages records only three deaths of family members.   

Jane Tyrrell died 1 March 1886 at the age of 64 years 

William C. Tyrrell died 15 January 1898 in Albany, NY at the age of 33 years and 3 months. 

Lewis Tyrrell died 25 September 1908 at his late residence, Vine Street and Welland Avenue in St. Catharines, Ontario, age 81 years and 5 months.
