Michael Reason

 

Michael Reason was the Music Director of the Niagara Symphony Orchestra from 1995 to 1999.  He went on to become the Music Director of the Hamilton Philharmonic from 2001-2006. He has also been the Music Director at the Prince George Symphony Orchestra and he has been a guest conductor for numerous orchestras including orchestras in Windsor, Calgary, Thunder Bay, the Czech Republic, and Taipei. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Daniel Swift

Daniel Swift is a musicologist as well as a conductor. He was born in 1950 in Shawinigan, Quebec. He received his BA and MA at Laval University.  Swift studied conducting with Pierre Dervaux and Jean-Pierre Jacquillat in Paris. He has been the Music Director of the Saskatoon Symphony and a guest conductor for a number of orchestas worldwide. He is known for his expertise in French repertoire and has had articles published in Canadian and French journals. He is employed as the Program Officer at Canada Council for the Arts in Ottawa. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Bradley Thachuk

Bradley Thachuk is a Canadian who embraces rock music as well as classical music.  He is described as versitile and diverse. Some of his accomplishments include:  conducting the Fort Wayne Ballet; Staff Conductor of Opera Theatre in Lucca, Italy; Music Director of the Brampton Symphony Orchestra and guest conductor in Slovakia, Switzerland, Portugal and The Czech Republic. He also lectures at the Glenn Gould School at the Royal Conservatory in Toronto,
