The bottom left page has text talks about the ovaries about the application of instruments for operating on female genitalia.

Storer's Speculum, when used as Cusco's (3205), Keene's Speculum Vagina, at Rest (3206), Storer's Speculum, when used as Sims' (3207), Byrne's Speculum (3208), Waekerhageu's Speculum (3209), Grav(UNKNOWN) Speculum, can be used as Sims' (3210), and Nett's Speculum (plain) (3211).
