Alexander Hamilton's signature as postmaster taken from a broadsheet sworn and signed at Queenston by Malcolm Laing, J. P. and Alexander Hamilton, Post Master. The Post Office at [Queenston?] in account with the General Post Office at Quebec. The cash transmitted is 91.42 1/2 pounds. There is a watermark of an oval with a woman in a chariot holding a trident and a flower, August 11, 1835.
