Distancing , Masks and hand washing helped with the first wave so yes if science and common sense are used the government it needs to lead.

Question 2: The Canadian - U.S. border continues to be closed to non-essential travel. Is this a good or bad decision for Canada? When should the border be reopened fully?
Sorry in this region I am seeing New York plated cars at new work sites and in my neighborhood as well so how closed are the borders???? Until the US gets their act together keep the borders closed.

Question 3: Niagara has seen a large number of visitors from other regions of Ontario on weekends and holidays. This has helped businesses and tourism. But it has also led to crowded venues and the potential spread of COVID-19. What can be done to balance safety and economics?

Well the Covid 19 numbers are going up so I would say they have failed miserably and put everyone at risk.

Only if Covid 19 is over. Whether it is through vaccination or as Sars just disappeared.

I check many sources and do not always get it right but for the most part I see the big picture.
