Question 2: Have your opinions about the virus changed over the past twelve weeks? How?
Honestly no, I just wish people would be less ... strange about it. Haldimand and Norfolk mayors got haircuts this week in protest against the government keeping H-N closed. It seemed so ridiculous. We have lots of cases still because of long term care and migrant workers.

Question 3: As stores and public places have started to open up, does this make you relieved or more fearful? Why?
It hasn’t changed much for me except I like to go to the nurseries for a bit of colour and cheer.

Question 4: What have been the primary ways that you have protected yourself from COVID-19? Isolation? Masks? Gloves? Hand sanitizer? How did you decide?
Mostly just isolation. I rarely go out. My friend was walking by and I didn’t even cuddle her baby who clearly wanted hugs. I felt like a monster. Got a mask today and I keep hand sanitizer in my purse for when I’m out.

Question 5: If an effective vaccine is developed within the next year and becomes widely available, would you get the vaccine? Why or why not?
I don’t know honestly. I think yes but some of my family is weird about it so I guess I’d want to know all the facts. I’m definitely not an anti vaxxer. Those people drive me nuts.

Question 7: How much longer are you ready to live with regulations and limitations? When should things get back to "normal"?
I’d like to go into cities and explore and go on a trip, but I’m finding I have more energy not having to interact with people at work.

Church opens Sunday. I’m excited for that. Otherwise I haven’t given it much thought. I’ll proceed as the health officials recommend. I miss concerts and summer festivals a lot.
