Question 3: Twelve months in, what have been the most challenging aspects of the pandemic? What could have been done better?
The most challenging part for me has been working serving the public. The government placed the owness on the people left working to deal with the “anti maskers”. I have literally feared for my life at times after asking for people to mask up. I have been called so many names when I personally had nothing to do with the mask by-laws and I personally have to wear a mask the entire day. There should have been clearer directions from the government

Question 4: Silver linings - What positive experiences had you had that may not have happened without the time at home due to the pandemic - new hobbies, home renovations, new relationships, etc.?
Still looking for it. This has been very disruptive and expensive

Yes. My sleeve is rolled up and I’m waiting for phase two to start when restaurant workers are eligible

Another partial lockdown. This whole thing has been handled so poorly. Had we actually locked down hard for a month last year then we would not be dealing with this mess today.
