Answer 1 - Masks:

Masks are an easy way to protect those around us and I fully support their use in all indoor public spaces. I think they should be mandated by the provincial governments - there is no economical or political reason not to.

Answer 2 - Borders:

I think this is a great idea, especially with the out of control situation in the US. It should stay closed until the US governments have it under control, especially the border states to car traffic - air traffic should be longer.

Answer 3 - Visitors:

The issue with Niagara and the falls in particular is that much of it is outdoor venues. But there should still be ticketed/reserved entry to all venues and businesses which would help control the influx of visitors.

Answer 4 - Schools

The Ontario government has handled it badly and the municipalities are doing their best; I do appreciate that Ontario is supporting online options but more assistance in funds, planning and execution should have been forthcoming. Classes should be smaller.

Answer 5 - Second Wave:

Yes, we are in it already. Colder weather, opening up of restrictions all allow the virus to spread more easily.

Answer 6 - Missing Out:

We had to cancel some vacation plans but overall our life has not been too affected. I miss regular things like movies, day events etc. Some is closed and some I don't feel as safe to do. What I feel comfortable with will depend on the cases situation; I was looking forward to a movie this fall (when something new came out) but now that the second wave has come who knows when we'll get there.

Answer 7 - Sources:

Various TV news and online news, CBC news app, huffpost app. I tend to trust local Canadian new sources, especially the CBC

Answer 8 - Return to Normal:

Likely summer 2021 if there is/are vaccines available for wide distribution.
