Answer 1 - Masks:
Health care experts say they work, and it is a minor inconvenience, so me and my family will wear them until told not too.
Answer 2 - Borders:
As someone who works in the USA at least 10 days a month, my job is on the line and I STILL think opening the border is ill-advised.
Answer 3 - Visitors:
I think the weather will help curtail that. I think the balance has been good. Closing beaches to out of region-ers is a good idea.
Answer 4 - Schools
I think that the rise in cases is a direct correlation to the reopening of schools. Asymptomatic children will spread this to countless families via school.
Answer 5 - Second Wave:
It's already started. I think Canadians were willing to do their part for a certain amount of time. We didn't shut down strictly enough and now people are tired and want their old life back. Just my opinion.

Vacations, family gatherings, trips, summer traditions...
Answer 7 - Sources:
As many different outlets as I can, and my wife works in health care at the provincial level. I don't trust ANY sources fully.
